The World Manages You with Fear by Means of Ignorance— this happened to me today: I fixed my own car with a friend…

You may think to yourself, "How could changing your brakes possibly have anything to do with the world managing you with fear?"

Allow me to elaborate-

You see, we do not live in a world that is inherently free. Our freedoms are earned with great cost and sacrifice. Now, this may sound like a cliché American phrase that you've likely heard more times than you'd like to, and you'd be right.

But, that's the thing about clichés, they become so overused only because they are so deeply rooted in reality.

Maybe as an aside, think about the next "banal" cliché you hear. Research it. Ask yourself, "Why should I care about this inane quip?" But, I digress...

This typical little concept is a nugget. It is also one I did not expect to run into when changing my car. But, I did indeed encounter it.

It all started because I had regularly been taking my vehicle to my car dealer's shop. I was told at the dealership when I first purchased my olive green 2019 CR-V that I would need to bring my car in to change its oil because it was synthetic oil. I was also told in the purchase of my previous vehicle, to add the warranty or I would regret it! So, obviously, I included it in the purchase of my CR-V, as well.

As time would have it, my warranty ran out, and that's when I started to need a lot of the little things:

• My car needed tires changed that weren't covered.

• The amount of oil changes I could use had expired

• All the routine maintenance I needed to have covered wasn't covered under my pricey warranty...

I began to ask myself, "What did I actually buy this thing for?"

Clearly, the answer was, "To make the dealership richer."

And that's the current condition of a first world country, isn't it? In particular; the USA.

We pay for Netflix so we won't "have to" go anywhere else. We pay for a monthly subscription to our favorite hygiene product because we can't live without it. We pay for extra warranties on all of our appliances. We're bombarded with "warnings" about how much maintenance we must give every. Single. Item that we own; down to the schedule in which it "must" be replaced or repaired. All the while, not only do we line their pockets, but also, we willingly make ourselves slaves.

Nothing has changed. Nothing. We're still being told we need these corporations; that we need the money that the government is paying to us and other large companies as a type of stimulus; that we must pay a healthcare premium every month because the bills will be outrageous, and God forbid we have the whole bill for ourselves!

The truth is that all these things are manipulated. They are manipulated down to the last dollar so that you and I will continue to contribute, not so importantly to their money, but, more vitally to them and their mountain of fear. And they know it, too. They know that that's the key:

Fear.

Fear is an exceedingly powerful thing. It is one of the deeper emotions that salespeople play to. At least, that's where all the good ones appeal to to make their sale.

But fear of what, pray tell?

Well, there are any numbers of types of fear: fear of destitution, fear of irrelevance, FOMO - fear of missing out, fear of loss, and especially, fear of the unknown. Yet still, all that fear is merely the unknown. And what is the unknown if not ignorance...

So, make no mistake about it. Ignorance is Fear's most loyal vassal.

Ignorance can break into places that fear itself cannot. Then, once Ignorance has taken up a stronghold, it begins to build a highly durable fort. Before we realize it, that fort has become a tower. And we never even saw when Fear moved in and made it nearly impenetrable.

We saw Fear take over through Ignorance: Most recently, our government, and governments around the world, in conjunction with oligarchs, news media, and social media, intentionally hid facts from the public to induce Fear.

They lied about the severity of the disease. They lied about the effectiveness of quarantining. They lied the effectiveness of masks. They lied about the effects and effectiveness of vaccines. But what they didn't do, was miss out on the opportunity to make money off of the people's fear through ignorance. These statements are not here to argue with anyone. These things did indeed happen; and you can look them up if you are interested. What is also true, is that these entities fashioned and equipped Fear in a cast of Ignorance.

Remember, we were all ushered into a state of worry and fear of each other by insisting that those who don't was to get the injection are hateful, and want to "kill grandma" and any other elderly person. We were all threatened. Some of us, like myself, even lost their job because they refused it. All because they were manipulating us, first through Ignorance, and then through Fear.

What [the government] didn't do, was miss out on the opportunity to make money off of the people's fear through ignorance.

That's how it worked in the past when people were illiterate. And it's how it works now through lies fed by confirmation bias.

Now then... how did changing my brakes last weekend change my outlook on reality?

When my friend helped me changed the brakes. He was the one that assured me that the plates weren't hardly warn down. He was the one that pointed out that the front brake pads still had about 1/4 of their thickness, and the back ones still had 3/4 left on them!

Furthermore, I could have done most of the work myself. And, even without a video or instructions, with some simple trial and error, we figured out how to make each thing work!

As we were there changing things out, taking off tire after tire, it was like an epiphany that would not stop coming:

"You shall know the Truth, and the Truth shall set you free." John 8:32 -

Fear has no power where Ignorance is banished. There's nowhere for Fear to set up camp without Ignorance! Suddenly, the words of Jesus made more sense that I could have ever had them make; in a way I could've never thought possible. It was like I was finally waking up for the first time about just how true freedom is: Just as Fear cannot exist without Ignorance. So too, Freedom can only exist where Truth is!!! AKA: "I don't need anyone to do things that I can easily do myself. And even when they're hard, I can ask a friend for help instead of IGNORANTLY following what the 'experts' say and further enslaving myself to the idea that I need them."

Will there still be times you need to go to see the doctor, a technician, a mechanic, a... specialist. Of course! I'm not denying that. However, it doesn't have to be our posture that they be the first recourse or it "won't get done right."

And that's why your car dealer will instill fear in your through ignorance- because you simply haven't taken the time to learn about things you own and are well within your perview. That's why insurance companies do the same thing. They convince you to buy the highest priced coverage. ALL of this has to do with us being ignorant. We need only exercise truth, and therein will we find all freedom.

So, what am I trying to say? YOU CAN DO IT YOURSELF!!! YOU DON'T NEED A COMPANY, AN AGENCY, A GOVERNMENT, A UNIVERSITY, OR ANY OTHER ENTITY TO DO THESE THINGS FOR YOU!! YOU CAN USUALLY EASILY DO THEM OR DISCOVER HOW!!!

But if they tell you any of these secrets, you'd realize how easy most things are in our current reality, and you'd collapse their serfdom. So, get out there, "be a rebel" and be self-sufficient! You'll likely be, not only richer quicker, but free immediately when you realize how much ability you truly have.
