Everyday’s a fight!!!

The boundaries that were laid

Enmity further did brocade

But the Rival of humanity

Insisted on contorting man’s mentality

By pressing on the consensus of the definition of reality

So recognize the need to defend these boundaries

To grow our faith— a seed, so Truth remains for all to see

Don’t give up terrain

Cuz you’ve stepped upon this plane (Deut. 11:24)

…and the Enemy will keep storming reference and sense to reshape words by lies—

Defaming and shaming you into submission

This war is not where we’d believed

This war is not one we can see

The battle has fallen through cracks

A war that misrepresents the facts

This war is not where we’d believed

This war is not one we can see

A battle waged by shame through social norms

Points Christians out as subhuman life-forms

Hold the line, now

Hold the line, now

Don’t move the boundaries

Don’t move the boundaries

It seems there’s a theme that’s running through this song

Don’t move the boundaries

Don’t move the boundaries, NO!

Don’t buy the propaganda, keep the tent stakes in their place

Keep Truth’s definition firmly braced

Can you not sense it in your spirit?

As for Truth,

Society only wants to disfigure it

As they follow their master of kill, steal and destroy

This war is not where we’d believed

This war is not one we can see

The battle has fallen through cracks

A war that misrepresents the facts

It’s coming…

AND EVEN….

…though you be reviled and your rep be defamed

Or even when your faith’s beguiled, and your creed mock and maimed

Don’t let them change that blood of whom the Sovereign Creator’s the patentee

As in the time of Noah, so they still want with you and me

…they still want with you and me…

The Truth will set you free,

and yes, even stand the test of time

Though for a short time you may bleed

Hold the line

Hold the line

Hold the line

For after you have suffered a little while

Christ Himself will restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast

So, stand your ground and hold the line
